When will my order ship?

In stock items usually ship within 48 hours of an order being placed. If an item is out of stock or back ordered we will contact you to let you know the expected delivery date.

 

How will my order be shipped?

Most orders will be shipped via UPS Ground. When your order is shipped you will receive an email that contains the tracking number for your package.

 

What is your return policy?

Returns for exchange or refund must be made within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at info@pinktulips.biz to arrange for the return.

Products must be unused and in new condition with original hangtags and packaging attached. All original packaging must be intact.

Will sales tax be added to my order?
